Scope is a locally owned business based in the Riverina, NSW, created to make building intentionally designed, sustainable homes in rural and regional and remote areas simpler, faster and more reliable. We combine strong project management with innovative modular construction to deliver homes that are as durable as they are beautiful.  Our personal approach means we focus on quality over quantity, building strong relationships and clear and open communication with our clients.

The building backbone of the business, a qualified builder with 25 years experience across residential, commercial and modular construction. Renowned for leading high-performing teams, delivering complex builds in challenging locations and scaling multiple prefabricated building businesses.
