Our target is to deliver homes to site 4 - 6 months from contract signing, subject to approvals and site works. A controlled build environment supports a more predictable schedule than traditional onsite builds, and is less affected by inclement weather throughout the building timeline.

We manage everything from site preparation, approvals, garages, decks and other agreed works. Unlike other modular companies, Scope can coordinate the full package up to practical completion. One team and one point of accountability from first conversation to handover.

• Accessibility: Scope’s standard module achieves a Gold Level outcome under the Livable Housing Design Standard guidelines. This means allowances and reinforcements are incorporated during standard construction to future-proof for potential accessibility needs.

• Built for bushfire resilience: Designed for the Australian landscape, Scope homes meet BAL-29 specification (AS 3959) as a standard (higher ratings may be achievable subject to client requirements and location)
