  • Traditional builds in these locations are slow, trade-dependent and prone to cost blowouts. Offsite construction in a controlled environment = reduced delays and improved cost control.

  • Our target is to deliver homes to site 4 - 6 months from contract signing, subject to approvals and site works. A controlled build environment supports a more predictable schedule than traditional onsite builds, and is less affected by inclement weather throughout the building timeline.

  • We manage everything from site preparation, approvals, garages, decks and other agreed works. Unlike other modular companies, Scope can coordinate the full package up to practical completion. One team and one point of accountability from first conversation to handover.

    • Intelligent, low-waste design: We maximise every square metre of living space whilst minimising material waste through precision engineering and floorplan efficiency

    • Voluntary Sustainability Certification: Although modular companies can legally bypass some traditional building certifications, we voluntarily provide BASIX and/or NatHERS certificates (state dependant) for every project - taking the guesswork out of your home’s thermal performance and ensuring proven, measurable energy efficiency

    • Accessibility: Scope’s standard modules achieve a Gold Level outcome under the NCC Livable Housing Design Standard guidelines. This means allowances and reinforcements are incorporated during standard construction to future-proof for potential accessibility needs.

    • Built for bushfire resilience: Designed for the Australian landscape, Scope homes that meet BAL-29 specification (AS 3959) as a standard (higher ratings may be achievable subject to client requirements and location)

    • Our homes are designed to be durable, healthy and energy-efficient from the ground up.

    • High-performance insulation, high quality double glazing, FSC-certified timber framing and building wrap systems work together to protect the structure, improve comfort and reduce energy use year-round.

Financing support

Historically banks were reluctant to fund modular projects because of the offsite construction. CommBank now has a dedicated framework for modular homes which can support eligible Scope clients. See Australian Financial Review article here.
