Scope offers a range of modular options, from compact studios to larger homes. All layouts are adaptable, and the options are endless… as long as it fits on a truck!
We work with our clients to determine the right mix of bedrooms, bathrooms and services for their needs, whether that’s farmstay accommodation, worker housing or a primary residence in a rural or regional setting.

Scope is one of the first modular housing providers in Australia to meet the Livable Housing Design Standard guidelines at a Gold Level (upon entering the house - deck, access and parking requirements will be site specific)
This means allowances and reinforcements are incorporated during standard construction to future‑proof for potential accessibility needs including fixture and fitting locations, reinforced wall areas (for future grab rail installation), step free access and circulation space around key areas that meet this voluntary standard

The Three
3 bedroom residence
A generous 3 bedroom home tailored to families and groups. The design can incorporate decks, flexible bathroom and bedroom layouts plus integrated outdoor living spaces.
