Our Designs

Smart, sustainable details built in as standard

Every Scope home includes a set of carefully considered standard inclusions that improve performance, comfort and day-to-day usability from the start.

Scope offers a range of modular options, from compact studios to larger homes. All layouts are adaptable, and the options are endless… as long as it fits on a truck!

We work with our clients to determine the right mix of bedrooms, bathrooms and services for their needs, whether that’s farmstay accommodation, worker housing or a primary residence in a rural or regional setting.

    • High-performance double-glazed windows and external doors to improve thermal efficiency

    • Pro Clima building wraps creating a high-performing, breathable and weatherproof envelope

    • Australian-made and tested materials including lightweight Galvabond, Colorbond, Weathertex products and Australian hardwoods

    • FSC-certified timber wall frames and roof trusses (sustainably sourced)

    • Fully insulated thermal envelope across all walls, ceilings and floors to maintain year-round comfort in any climate

    • Scope is one of the first modular housing providers in Australia to meet the Livable Housing Design Standard guidelines at a Gold Level (upon entering the house - deck, access and parking requirements will be site specific)

    • This means allowances and reinforcements are incorporated during standard construction to future‑proof for potential accessibility needs including fixture and fitting locations, reinforced wall areas (for future grab rail installation), step free access and circulation space around key areas that meet this voluntary standard

In a Scope home, we achieve this through a high-performance building envelope that maintains a stable internal temperature, shielding you from the harsh regional extremes of NSW and Victoria

    • Low-VOC finishes — low-VOC paints, adhesives, sealants and materials to improve indoor air quality

    • Moisture control — breathable wraps, cavity battens and proper insulation to manage condensation and humidity

    • Low-tox materials — E0 cabinetry, engineered timber flooring and Global GreenTag GreenRate – Level A Certified insulation

    • Natural light and comfort — well-considered glazing and indoor–outdoor connections to reduce energy use and support wellbeing
