    Our modular homes are designed to be delivered to site in four to six months from contract signing, subject to approvals and site conditions. That helps you plan with more certainty.

  • Financing now available for modular homes

    Until recently, traditional home loans for modular homes were difficult to secure. CommBank now offers dedicated finance options for modular homes, which can include loans for Scope projects for approved buyers.

    Our building methodology ensures clients are not restricted by seasonal weather - we can commence construction on your job in the middle of winter or the height of summer.

    The certifying builder of Scope is also a Director - which means we can deliver homes in NSW and Victoria.

Our Process

  • You get in touch and complete a short questionnaire so we can understand your site, needs and priorities.

  • Following meetings and a desktop assessment with the wider Scope team (including the designer, the builder and the interiors expert), we will present you with an initial concept floor plan based on our standard designs and a budget estimate for your consideration.

  • We present you with a detailed contract outlining the process, timeline, requirements of each party and all other relevant information in an easy to read document - this is where the ball really gets rolling!

  • We adapt our standard floorplans to suit your site and how you live. Any mix of bedrooms, bathrooms and services is possible within the transportable building footprint. Two rounds of design revisions are included as standard.
    We also coordinate the necessary documentation and manage in-house building certification, construction lodgements and approvals as required, so your project progresses smoothly and efficiently via our team - you can sit back and relax.

  • Your home is crafted off-site in our secure facility using high-performance, sustainable materials and systems engineered specifically for rural and regional conditions. We maintain total transparency throughout the build; you will receive regular milestone updates and are invited to visit by appointment to see your home’s progress first hand.

  • We deliver your home to site, install and connect services and complete any agreed external works before handover.
